@Ask_Spectrum Update on my issues. Service person came out and said he couldnt do anything. Still have the same issues of channels unable to tune and completely losing signal while watching. I find this service I'm paying for to be unacceptable. Do you have any competent service people?

Hey @ATT , can you do better at Internet? If I wanted slow Internet, I would’ve used @GetSpectrum or tried to connect my computer, phone, and Xbox to my old Ti-84 calculator (doesn’t provide Internet, but as far as I’m concerned neither do you, apparently).

I tried calling @Ask_Spectrum to cancel TV Choice & learned no calls were being accepted due to call volume. If it's not the continuous outages, slow internet or other issues, you don't make it easy for your customers to modify their accounts & services. #Unhappy #Spectrum

@Ask_Spectrum The TV App? How about the regular app freezing up, the website repeatedly asking for you to log in, the phone center's inability to take calls, the chat with an hour+ wait time for an agent and the internet down all day! But heaven forbid we don't pay our bill on time huh? 🤨
