  Never use @GetSpectrum! Just cancelled my service with them after 10 years. It has been a nightmare. Talked to 5 reps on the phone today and had the worst experience. You know it must be bad if I’m willing to give up internet with no other providers in the area.

  @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum fix my damn internet. It has always sucked but it has been deteriorating over the past two weeks. Our wifi had been dropping out at 10-11 pm every night but now it drops out all the time. We reset the router etc.

  @Ask_Spectrum We got it taken care of. Everything went down, when it came back up our personal settings had been set back to default (network names and passwords). Had to use my phone's hotspot to log in and fix everything. 🙄

  I am at my breaking point with @GetSpectrum . I’ve had to reset my router 4 times today (3 times yesterday) and I still can’t get anything to connect. And yes, the bill has been payed, I actually kinda got a connection yesterday. This is horse sh*t. Ugh. Absolutely ridiculous

  @GetSpectrum we’ve had techs at the house four times and yet compared to AT&T and Google Fiber, Spectrum sucks. You had to got a massive cash influx when Google Fiber dumped Louisville and yet you consistently and repeatedly suck *****.

  @KlangLouisville @GetSpectrum We have an extender for that. That's a problem almost everyone has if their house is big enough. It's an equipment thing.

  I tried calling @Ask_Spectrum to cancel TV Choice & learned no calls were being accepted due to call volume. If it's not the continuous outages, slow internet or other issues, you don't make it easy for your customers to modify their accounts & services. #Unhappy #Spectrum

  @Ask_Spectrum The TV App? How about the regular app freezing up, the website repeatedly asking for you to log in, the phone center's inability to take calls, the chat with an hour+ wait time for an agent and the internet down all day! But heaven forbid we don't pay our bill on time huh? 🤨
