@badwebsites I imagine the @GetSpectrum outage in Kentucky is quite widespread and extends to all storm-affected areas. It's pretty rare for us to lose internet from a storm, but not power. @Ask_Spectrum how widespread is the outage, and how much longer do you expect the 502 to be affected?

Still on my @GetSpectrum rant because I still don’t have internet & was told a supervisor would call me back. Lol guess if that’s happened… they also quit responding to my DMs yesterday after they initiated. Great customer service, y’all.

@GetSpectrum is absolutely garbage. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. I can’t even enjoy gaming when I’m not working. I will be getting different wifi. What are some good suggestions! I’ve heard Windstream Fiber is great.

@Ask_Spectrum Just voicing a frustration, we have a technician on the way already. Unbelievable that you all have a monopoly on ISP services in this area and routinely can’t provide a consistent service. It’s nearly 2022 for crying out loud. Be better

Solved several problems today that should have never been problems to begin with. I’m looking at you, @GetSpectrum. One bad rep took 8 hours of my time between phone calls and service apts & no one could figure out the problem or cared enough to. 🤬

@Ask_Spectrum why is the internet still out in 40118 27 hours after a tiny bit of wind? I haven't even seen trucks out here. Is everyone going to get a credit for the 1 day and counting with no internet? No one can give me a good reason other than "there is an outage in your area

@GetSpectrum my parents have been without cable and internet since yesterday evening. They have called several times, reported their outage repeatedly and not one person has returned their call or brought a technician to help them. This is inexcusable!

I am furious. @GetSpectrum has got to be the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. And they are the only ISP in this area, leaving me absolutely no choice. I originally called to set up service 6/7 with my original tech appointment being 6/12. The tech came out and couldn’t find a

I tried calling @Ask_Spectrum to cancel TV Choice & learned no calls were being accepted due to call volume. If it's not the continuous outages, slow internet or other issues, you don't make it easy for your customers to modify their accounts & services. #Unhappy #Spectrum

@Ask_Spectrum The TV App? How about the regular app freezing up, the website repeatedly asking for you to log in, the phone center's inability to take calls, the chat with an hour+ wait time for an agent and the internet down all day! But heaven forbid we don't pay our bill on time huh? 🤨
