You must complete or skip the "Forbidden Reach" campaign to get the prompt that will lead you to Zaralek Caverns in World of Warcraft. If one of your characters completes "Scar of Earth and Fire," Zaralek Caverns will be open for all of your characters.

In order to start the patch 10.1 campaign to open the Zaralek Cavern, you first need to complete the Forbidden Reach campaign up to A Creche Divided quest.

on your Alt, all you gotta do is hit the little L on your keyboard, go to your quest log, click on the top right on embers of Neltharion. It will then prompt you to go to Forbidden Reach.
